This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website (www.bohem.co.uk). This policy is not intended to and does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations. It merely indicates our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products.
We offer free standard delivery (48 hours) to all UK addresses on all orders over GBP 22 (exclusive of VAT) and free express delivery (24 hours) to all UK addresses on all orders over GBP 150 (exclusive of VAT). We also offer free recorded delivery (3-7 days) to all worldwide addresses on all orders over GBP 150 (exclusive of VAT). Other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 5 below.
We will not deliver to countries not having good diplomatic relations with the UK
If the address for delivery of your order is a UK address, then you will be able to select from the following delivery methods:
- Standard Delivery *48 (£50 Comp);
- Express Delivery *24 (£50 Comp); and
- Next Day Delivery guaranteed before 1pm if payment received on the day before 10am. (£500 Comp) weekends do not apply
- Next Day Delivery guaranteed before 1pm on Saturday if payment received on the day (Friday) before 10am. (£500 Comp)
If the address for delivery of your order is not a UK address, then you only will be given the following options:
Standard Delivery (EU only) – 3-5 Days – (no insurance)
Recorded delivery (EU only) – 3-5 Days – (£500 insurance)

If you place your order before 3pm on a working day, these periods run from the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 3pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
If you purchase a high value product from us, we will usually conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product. These may delay the expected date for delivery. Where the delivery date is delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you by email.
Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. This table indicates the applicable charges / how charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT although this may not be payable in all instances.
Free UK standard delivery *48 applies to orders of £5.00 or more (including VAT at the UK rate).
Please note, to qualify for free delivery, the order total must equal or exceed the applicable total before any delivery charges are added.

BOHEM nails are produced in the BOHEM design studios (Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, UK). All products are hand-made and finished to reach the finest jewellery detail and quality possible.

Receipt and signature
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided by a member of the household.
Additional deliveries and collection
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection.
If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free-of-charge).
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
- you provided the wrong address for delivery;
- there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
- the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
- where in person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; and
- where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
